Still Green is based in Dolgellau, Wales and offers a mobile sawmilling service. Equipped with the powerful 30hp Kohler V-Twin petrol engine, the Lucas 10-30 sawmill is capable of tackling any sized log. The machine is able to cut both vertically and horizontally via the circular swing blade mechanism, which means that square edge dimensional timber can be produced, without the need for constant and time-consuming turning of the log.
The versatility of these mills provides operators with the ability to cut both small and large boards to specific dimensions, whilst minimising wastage.
With a maximum cutting capacity of either 10″ X 10″ beams (254x254mm) or 5ft wide ‘slabs’ (1.5m) and the ability to cut up to 26ft in length (8m) almost any desired dimension of timber can be achieved.
The mill is transported on a standard trailer and can be set-up nearly anywhere that a vehicle can access.
